It is not recommended that a custom cake is picked up from our store 12 hours prior to your event. Designer Delights cannot be held responsible for any issues with an order should you choose to pick up outside of this time frame. Terms and Conditions for orders - Orders placed within a 48 hour time frame must be paid in full at time of placing order and are 100% non refundable in case of cancellation. Value may become store credit at the discretion of management. In case of cancellation outside of 24 hrs notice, 25% of total value of order is non-refundable. All Orders are 100% Non-Refundable due to Failure to collect within Business Hours (Please see Website for up to date Business Hours) Postponed orders become store credit of monetary value only for future date, postponed orders are 100% non refundable irrespective of time frame. Store Credit prior to February 22nd 2023 cannot be redeemed due to change of ownership. Social Media platforms do not confirm or take orders, cannot be used to place orders or receive quotes, please email or contact our Charlestown Store. Due to high volume Emails are answered in a timely fashion, but not manned of a weekend or after hours. Highly detailed custom cakes require minimum 5 - 7 days notice as time slots fill well in advance. Minimum notice requirements strictly 3 full Business days. Catering and Custom cakes exclusive of GST. No change to pick up time frame nominated by customer with less than 2 full Business Days Notice excluding Saturday Orders, confirmed submission to Bakery for Saturday orders, no time change available. All cake orders require a minimum deposit for confirmation. PLEASE NOTE, a 25% deposit is required for all Cakes and Custom Cake orders to ensure confirmation, once deposit has been placed, your order will be submitted to the Bakery Team for completion for required collection date, no order will be confirmed or submitted without a confirmed deposit.
